What you’ll do:
We’re seeking a Training Partner to join our Supply Chain team on an 18-month fixed term contract, supporting our Distribution Centres in a high-impact, operational role.
You’ll play a critical role in designing, delivering and embedding training programs that drive operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement. Partnering closely with operational leaders and project teams, you’ll ensure our teams are equipped with the capabilities needed to succeed in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
You will also support the onboarding and training for two high-profile projects in South Australia (SA) and Western Australia (WA), bringing automated distribution centres online.
In this role, you will:
- Design and implement site-specific training programs aligned to operational priorities and productivity goals
- Deliver engaging classroom and on-the-job training, including Train-the-Trainer programs
- Partner with operational leaders and stakeholders to identify training needs and drive capability uplift
- Develop and maintain training materials, including SOPs, lesson plans and learning resources
- Monitor training quality and ensure Workplace Trainers meet expected standards
- Track and report on training completion, compliance, and performance metrics
- Support safe work practices by embedding compliance and behavioural training initiatives
What you’ll bring:
- Proven operational knowledge and experience within a similar environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Proven excellence in literacy and numeracy skills
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
- Proficient in computer applications including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and enterprise systems such as Manhattan, KiSoft (Automated Sites), Success Factors, MicroStrategy, and SAP
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment required
