SiSU Health is a preventive health company helping users to identify their cardiovascular and diabetes risk factors in a self-serve approach with instant results available in the SiSU Health app.
SiSU Health leases self-serve Health Stations to in the community (Cricket’s Boxing Day Test, AFL Gather Round, field days), workplaces and in Priceline Pharmacy to make it easy for people to take a health check and help people understand their risk factors.
What you’ll do:
We’re looking for a hands-on, customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our SiSU Health team. Reporting to the Operations & Engineering Manager, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our Health Stations are built, deployed and maintained to the highest standard.
This is a dynamic role that combines technical expertise, travel, and customer interaction, with work spanning metro, rural, interstate and warehouse environments.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Install SiSU Health Stations across retail pharmacies and client locations
- Support corporate activations, including setup and pack-down of equipment
- Perform scheduled maintenance and respond to technical issues on-site
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues efficiently
- Complete installation, maintenance and incident reports
- Act as the face of SiSU Health on-site, representing our brand professionally
- Liaise with clients during visits, providing updates and resolving basic queries
- Escalate technical or operational issues to internal teams as needed
- Manage inventory and maintain technician toolkit registers
- Coordinate transport, delivery, returns and parts logistics
- Assist with warehouse and office operations when required
- Support the manufacturing of Health Stations to quality standards
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in a field service, technician or similar role
- Strong troubleshooting skills across electronics and computer systems
- Hands-on experience using tools and working with hardware
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Flexibility to travel (metro, regional and interstate)
- A valid driver’s licence
