About the role:

Our Glow Assistants are the friendly faces that bring our brand to life! They're customer service experts who know how to make people feel welcome and truly connect with them.

As our peak season approaches, we are on the lookout for enthusiastic and dedicated Seasonal Casuals to join our team.

With your passion for beauty, skincare, and wellbeing, you’ll make every customer feel special. Whether it’s helping them find the perfect makeup shade, discovering a new fragrance, or guiding them to their favourite products, you’ll create a personalised, memorable experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment and help us deliver exceptional service during one of the busiest times of the year.

Key responsibilities:

• Delivering exceptional, tailored service to our customers
• Helping customers find their favourite products and offering recommendations, including new and exciting items
• Processing customer orders at the register with care and ensuring a smooth checkout experience

What we’re looking for:

• Retail experience with a love for delivering amazing customer service
• A genuine passion for cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, and all things beauty
• Fantastic communication skills to build real connections with customers
• A creative flair for merchandising
• A team player who knows that together, we shine brighter
• Experience with inventory or registers is also highly valued
• Current Australian Working Rights
