About the role:

Our Assistant Retail Managers play a key role in bringing the atomica brand to life—especially through exceptional make‑up artistry and personalised service.

Supporting the Retail Manager (potentially as part of a job share leadership model), you’ll help motivate and inspire the team to deliver memorable, confidence‑boosting experiences for every customer.

What we’re looking for:

• An experienced, supportive, and inspiring leader (minimum 2 years in a similar role)
• Strong make‑up artistry experience—professional or retail‑based (highly regarded)
• Exceptional retail experience, ideally within beauty, in a fast‑paced environment
• A genuine passion for cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, and beauty trends
• Great communication skills—you love building real connections with customers and your team
• A creative eye for visual merchandising
• Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring (highly valued)
• Experience with rostering and working within EBA & GRIA frameworks (desirable)
• Openness to job share leadership arrangements
