About the role:

Our Sydney Fulfilment Centre in Marsden Park, is a purpose-built, temperature-controlled site featuring a variety of automated solutions, including our automated order storage and retrieval system (OSR), decant, pick-it-easy (PiE) and lidding stations, with an integrated mezzanine and basement for vehicle despatch.

We are looking for experienced Team Leaders on join our PM shift, as a guide hours of work are generally between: -

• PM Shift - Monday to Friday - 2pm to 10pm or 3pm to 11pm

What you’ll bring:

• Previous experience as a team leader or supervisor in a demanding and variable workplace; FMCG preferred
• Understanding of the Supply Chain function, in particular, warehouse operations and/or picking, packing and production
• Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
• Demonstrated experience in a people leadership role
• Full understanding of WHS requirements within a distribution centre environment
• Focus on continuous improvement of processes
• Proficient in Microsoft office and Warehouse Management Systems.
