About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic Shift Manager for the AM Shift at Sydney Fulfilment Centre. As the Shift Manager, you’ll be working the AM Shift from 5 AM - 1 PM, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our fulfilment centre located in Marsden Park operates smoothly, safely, and efficiently during the AM shift.

Reporting to the  Fulfilment Centre Manager, as the Shift Manager, you’ll lead a team of Team Managers and Labour Hire staff to ensure seamless and efficient distribution of our products. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining safety standards, managing KPIs, and ensuring we meet our business goals.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to step into a key role, where no two days are the same!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by example, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and wellbeing policies.
• Manage risk and develop processes to ensure the safe, smooth operation of the shift.
• Achieve operational KPIs, including financial, safety, and compliance metrics.
• Build and maintain an engaged team, promoting a positive work culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive customer-focused outcomes.

• 5+ years of leadership experience in FMCG or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong decision-making skills, using data and insights to identify and solve problems.
• Proactive leadership style. You are someone who drives change and fosters continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills, able to motivate and guide a diverse team.
• A commitment to building team capability and ensuring successful succession planning.
