What you'll do
We have a fantastic opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented Operations Support Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team.
Reporting to the National Workforce Planning Manager, this role plays a key part in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our Distribution and Fulfilment Centres. You will provide critical administrative, workforce coordination, reporting and compliance support, enabling operational leaders to spend more time leading teams, driving performance and maintaining safety standards.
Working closely with Site Leaders, Operations Managers, Workforce Planning, Finance, Safety, Inventory and Procurement teams, you will help maintain operational efficiency, data accuracy and compliance across a fast-paced supply chain environment.
Other key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate workforce administration activities including rostering, timekeeping, attendance tracking and leave planning to support efficient site operations
- Review workforce and payroll-related data, proactively identifying and resolving exceptions to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Process invoices, purchase orders and purchasing administration in accordance with business processes and governance requirements
- Manage operational administration activities including consumables, packaging, cycle counts, pallet returns and key site record
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly operational reports, dashboards and performance trackers, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution
- Coordinate compliance, audit and safety administration, including documentation management, evidence collection, action tracking and closure monitoring
- Partner with Workforce Planning, Finance, Procurement, Inventory and Operations teams to support continuous improvement, resolve administrative issues and maintain operational continuity
What you'll bring
- Proven experience in operations administration, workforce coordination, logistics, warehousing, supply chain or a similar environment
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and experience maintaining operational reports and dashboards
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels
- Experience coordinating workforce administration, rostering or timekeeping activities
- Ability to identify issues, escalate risks and contribute to process improvements
