What you’ll do:

We’re looking for a commercially driven and people-focused Pharmacy Business Leader to support the growth and success of our franchise pharmacy network.

Reporting to the State Manager, you’ll partner closely with Franchise Partners and Retail Managers to deliver strong business performance, elevate the in-store customer experience, and build high-performing teams across your portfolio.

You will play a key role in driving retail excellence, coaching store leadership teams, and ensuring consistent execution of programs, promotions and operational standards.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoys influencing business owners, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer outcomes while enabling sustainable growth.

What you’ll bring:

• Demonstrated in-depth Retail industry experience (essential)
• Franchise experience; Pharmacy Industry experience (preferred)
• Demonstrated experience in working with business owners/managers to drive business improvement programs
• Demonstrated experience in working with business owners/managers in developing a high-performance team culture
• Demonstrated experience in working with business owners/managers in developing a high level of customer experience/satisfaction
• Demonstrated experience in working with business owners/managers in developing instore execution excellence
• Tertiary education in Pharmacy and / or Business (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license
