What you’ll do:

 

We are looking for an eCommerce Trade Specialist who is passionate about digital commerce and driven by data, customer experience, and commercial outcomes. In this role, you'll help drive online sales growth across Priceline.com.au and shopatomica.com.au through the planning and execution of engaging Health & Beauty promotions, digital trade initiatives, and marketing campaigns. Leveraging performance insights and customer data, you'll support trade planning, content and eDM strategies, campaign analysis, and ongoing optimisation to deliver exceptional online experiences and strong commercial results.

 

In this role you will:

 

  • Support the planning and execution of the online promotional calendar, ensuring alignment with business objectives, sales targets and customer needs
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns across multiple stakeholders including Merchandise, Marketing, Studio, IT and Retail Media teams
  • Work closely with suppliers and category teams to identify and implement compelling promotional offers that drive sales and customer engagement
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to optimise future trade activity
  • Identify opportunities to improve online merchandising, customer journeys and conversion through data-led decision making
  • Support reporting, forecasting and post-campaign reviews, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement across digital channels, including leading weekly trade meetings
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and channel leads to develop and optimise integrated eCommerce trade and promotional strategies, using data-driven insights to enhance customer engagement, drive traffic, improve conversion
  • Lead cross functional planning sessions across content, eDM, loyalty and retail media
  • Working with Performance Marketing agency to align on campaign spend optimisation to ensure highest revenue growth opportunities
  • Optimising growth opportunities by working with 3rd party marketplace agencies
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging eCommerce opportunities to enhance trade performance and innovation

 

What you’ll bring:

 

  • Proven experience in an eCommerce, digital marketing, trade marketing or online retail and marketplace role
  • Strong commercial acumen with a passion for eCommerce and customer experience
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Experience supporting promotional planning, trade calendars and campaign execution
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or similar platforms to analyse performance and generate actionable insights
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Retail or a related discipline
