What you’ll do:

6 months fixed term contract

Due to an internal Secondment, we have an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join the team on a 6-month contract - with an immediate start. In this role, you will work alongside the Talent Acquisition Manager and partner with hiring managers to deliver on contemporary talent attraction solutions. The role manages a dedicated portfolio—primarily focused on salaried support office roles - while supporting strategic talent initiatives across the business.

What you’ll bring:

• Senior, broad TA leadership experience ideally in a fast paced internal environment
• Success in sourcing, attracting, and retaining middle to senior corporate talent
• Demonstrated ability to add value quickly
• Strong relationship building skills with the ability to build strategic working relationships across a diverse range of people and teams
• Flexible and agile, comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-volume environment whilst delivering high quality work
• Able to work effectively with all levels of leadership
• Exceptional attention to detail
• SuccessFactors ATS experience would be highly regarded
