What you’ll do:

 

Due to an internal promotion, we’re looking for a commercially minded and highly strategic Senior Strategy & Transformation Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering Wesfarmers Health’s strategy and transformation agenda.

 

Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Transformation, you will lead high-impact strategic initiatives, working closely with senior leaders across the business to drive performance, unlock growth opportunities and deliver enterprise-wide transformation.

 

You will act as a trusted advisor to the Managing Director, CFO and Health Leadership Team—bringing structure to complex problems, translating insights into action, and ensuring strategic initiatives are executed effectively.

 

In this role, you will:

 

  • Support the annual corporate planning process, partnering with stakeholders to build strategic plans and priorities
  • Lead end-to-end strategic projects and transformation initiatives across retail, wholesale, digital health and medi-aesthetics
  • Translate strategy into actionable execution plans, working closely with business unit leaders to drive results
  • Manage governance of the transformation agenda, ensuring alignment, visibility and delivery of key initiatives
  • Partner with initiative owners to develop business cases, track progress and manage interdependencies across the organisation
  • Prepare high-quality materials, insights and presentations for senior leadership, Board and shareholder engagement

 

What you’ll bring:

 

  • 10+ years’ experience in business management, consulting or related field
  • Proven track record of leading and executing large strategic projects and transformations, with multiple workstreams and diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
  • Leadership experience in managing and mentoring cross-functional teams, including small to medium sized teams
  • Experience in the Health and / or Retail sectors desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree with consistent outstanding academic record
  • Advanced degree or MBA preferred
