What you’ll do:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Group Finance team. In this role, you will lead critical financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes, delivering high-quality insights that shape strategic decision-making at the group level.
Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you’ll partner with senior stakeholders across the business and play a key role in driving performance insights, corporate planning, and continuous improvement.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading end-to-end monthly forecasting processes across the business
- Supporting month-end close, including variance analysis, insights, and performance commentary
- Delivering weekly trading and board-level reporting, including actionable insights for senior leadership
- Playing a key role in the annual budget and Five-Year Strategic Plan processes
- Preparing quarterly business review materials and supporting executive and investor reporting requirements
- Conducting scenario modelling and ad-hoc analysis to support strategic projects and decision-making
- Monitoring working capital and cash flow forecasting to enhance financial visibility
- Building strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Finance, Strategy, and operations
- Driving continuous improvement through enhanced reporting, automation, and process optimisation
What you’ll bring:
- Demonstrated experience in a fast paced and high performing environment
- Proficiency in building financial models, conducting scenario analysis and financial analysis
- Proven ability to develop effective partnerships to proactively find solutions and efficiencies in processes
- Ability to work effectively prioritise and develop workplans to achieve deadlines
- Experience using large ERP systems & BI tools preferred. SAP, BPC and OneStream for financial reporting and analysis
- Prior experience within FMCG, Retail or Pharmaceutical industries and/or at an ASX listed company is an advantage
- Critical and objective thinker with strong, cross functional problem-solving skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance related discipline
- CPA/CA qualification
