What you’ll do:

 

We are seeking a Remuneration & Reporting Lead to join our People team on a 12-Month Fixed-Term contract. Reporting to the Performance, Reward and Reporting Manager, this role is responsible for leading key remuneration activities throughout the year and supporting benefits and recognition programs. Overseeing an offshore team of reporting analysts, the role also ensures all cyclical reporting is accurate and timely, while providing valuable data insights to guide strategic decisions.

 

Key Responsibilities Include:

 

  • Lead the delivery of a variety of processes and programs across fixed and variable remuneration, benefits and recognition.
  • Prepare remuneration advice, using internal and external relativities and judgement.
  • Support the maintenance and application of remuneration frameworks through data survey submissions, job evaluations, and policy advice.
  • Build data models to cost and test fixed remuneration and incentive programs and policies.
  • Oversight existing HR reporting quality, including checking data, resolving issues and improving accuracy, whilst developing improved measures and reports.
  • Support the design and improvement of remuneration, benefits and recognition programs.

 

What you’ll bring:

 

  • 5+ years of experience in remuneration, reporting, or workforce analytics
  • Strong knowledge of remuneration frameworks, compliance (including Modern Awards, market benchmarking, and job evaluation (ideally using the Hay JE methodology)
  • Experience facilitating annual remuneration cycles
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Advanced Excel and HRIS reporting capability (SuccessFactors experience desirable)
  • High attention to detail, with a continuous improvement mindset
