What you’ll do:
We’re looking for an experienced and clinically driven Pharmacy Clinical Services Manager to lead the development, governance and evolution of pharmacy services across our network.
Reporting to the Chief Pharmacist, you’ll play a pivotal role in enabling Full Scope of Practice, strengthening clinical governance, and supporting the delivery of high‑quality, compliant and sustainable pharmacy services. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams—including merchandise, marketing, digital health and clinical governance—as well as external stakeholders and professional bodies.
This role is ideal for a pharmacist who is passionate about innovation in community pharmacy, confident influencing at scale, and motivated by improving health outcomes while supporting network capability and growth.
What you’ll bring:
- Five years’ experience (minimum) in community pharmacy in which two years are spent in management or leadership roles
- Prior involvement in professional services implementation or Full Scope of Practice initiatives
- Exposure to health education or adult learning principles
- Detailed understanding and delivery of requirements for operational execution of programs
- Demonstrated expertise in pharmacist and pharmacy assistant education and capability development
- Strong understanding of Full Scope of Practice (FSOP) and clinical governance in community pharmacy
- Proficiency in research, writing, referencing, and review skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to improving health outcomes and service quality
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent (required)
- Ahpra Registered Pharmacist (required)
- Professional indemnity insurance (required)
- Relevant professional organisation memberships (preferred)
