What you’ll do:
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Project Coordinator to join our People & Capability Team on a 3-month contract. Reporting to the Learning & OD Manager, this is a unique opportunity for an organised and proactive team member to play a key role in supporting high impact talent and people initiatives across the business.
The successful applicant will contribute to projects that shape how we attract, engage and develop talent, including delivery of our Summer Internship Program, refresh of our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and development of a Career Pathways framework.
In this role you will:
- Coordinate the summer Internship program end-to-end, from the initial recruitment through to onboarding and support
- Schedule and support project workshops, focus groups and capability programs
- Conduct research, benchmarking and data gathering to inform the design and development of our EVP and Career Pathways framework
- Assist in preparing presentations, communications, collateral and project updates
- Collaborate with business leaders to ensure alignment and be the first point of contact for relevant People projects
- Support the administration and logistics of capability, talent and engagement initiatives.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience coordinating projects within HR/People & Capability, Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding or related functions
- Project management and organisational skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting graduate, intern, early careers or talent programs is highly regarded
- Experience supporting EVP, employer branding or employee experience initiatives is desirable
