What you’ll do:

 

We have an exciting opportunity for an Outbound Category Supply Planner to join our Private Label, Ethicals & Replenishment (PLER) team. Reporting to the Demand & Supply Manager, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the right product reaches the right stores at the right time across our retail and wholesale networks.

 

In this role, you’ll manage store replenishment, allocations and inventory optimisation across blocks such as baseline, promotional, seasonal, new lines and gift‑with‑purchase programs. With a strong focus on availability, inventory health and stock flow, you’ll help maximise sales outcomes and enhance customer experience across brands including Priceline, atomica, ISPHH and our wholesale partners.

 

Key responsibilities

 

  • Allocate inventory for baseline replenishment, promotions, seasonal events, new product launches and GWPs
  • Select and apply appropriate allocation methodologies based on product lifecycle, forecasts and store profiles
  • Track DC inventory and monitor stock flow from distribution centre to store
  • Identify replenishment risks, supply disruptions or performance gaps and implement mitigation actions
  • Support new line activation, short‑lifecycle products and delisted articles
  • Analyse inventory performance metrics including availability, stock on hand, weeks of cover and stock turns
  • Partner cross‑functionally to align inventory and supply strategies
  • Act as a key point of contact for inventory‑related queries from stores and stakeholders

 

What you’ll bring:

 

  • Proven experience in retail inventory management, allocation, replenishment or supply chain planning 
  • Strong analytical capability with proficiency in interpreting sales and inventory data
  • Knowledge of forecasting, quantification, planning and inventory optimisation practices 
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills 
  • Commercial acumen and understanding of category drivers
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook 
  • Comfortable making fact-based decisions in fast-paced and changing environments 
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Economics or related discipline (desirable)
