What you’ll do:

 

We’re seeking an Onboarding Implementation Specialist to join our team on a 6-Month Fixed-Term contract, covering an internal secondment. Reporting to the Store Program and New Formats Manager, you will support the delivery of operational standards at store level and work with franchise partners to maintain compliance, consistency and a strong customer experience online and in store across Priceline, InstantScripts and atomica stores.

 

This role involves close coordination with franchise and retail teams, as well as project managers, to streamline store openings and minimise disruptions. The position is key to implementing the Retail strategy by facilitating the smooth onboarding of new franchise partners and teams, while identifying opportunities to optimise policies and procedures for improved in-store consistency and customer experience.

 

What you’ll bring:

 

  • Deep understanding of retail industry and operations
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral whilst dealing with work colleagues, staff in stores and suppliers
  • Strong ability to engage, collaborate, and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Understand, interpret and adapt to differing brand standards
  • Ability to develop and influence others through excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines
  • Ability to travel intrastate across VIC on a frequent basis across our stores
  • Ability to travel interstate on an occasional basis
  • Hold a VCE or equivalent qualification and a current driver's license
