What you’ll do:
We’re looking for a Micro Space Planning Analyst to join our Range & Space – Merchandise Central team. Reporting to the Micro Space Planning Lead, you’ll play a critical part in optimising in-store space across our brands, ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time to deliver strong commercial outcomes and an exceptional customer experience.
Working closely with our Category, Inventory and Store Operations teams, you’ll develop and maintain detailed planograms, manage space data, and support key merchandising initiatives across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining planograms aligned to category strategies and merchandising principles
- Supporting strategic projects including range reviews, new store formats and merchandising transformations
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Category, Inventory and Store Operations teams to ensure planograms reflect current assortments and business strategy
- Maintaining accuracy and integrity of space planning data across systems (e.g. Blue Yonder, SAP)
- Partnering with external stakeholders and suppliers to support effective merchandising outcomes
- Communicating planogram changes and insights clearly to stakeholders
What you’ll bring:
- Proven Space Planning experience in either macro (floor planning), or micro (planograms)
- Experience in pharmacy, health or FMCG retail environment
- Excellent problem solving, analytical, numeracy and written skills
- Able to manage multiple projects with key focus on timeline delivery
- Strong knowledge of space planning tools such as Spaceman, Apollo or Blue Yonder (formerly JDA)
- Ability to communicate clearly and influence effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
- In depth knowledge of product relationships and interdependencies within a store
- Proven track record working both within a team environment & independently - with the ability to transition with ease
