What you’ll do:
We’re looking for a highly organised, detail‑driven Merchandise Operations Specialist to help shape the in‑store execution that brings our campaigns, trade plans and merchandising programs to life across the network.
Reporting to the Store Support & Execution Manager, this role plays a pivotal part in ensuring our stores receive clear, accurate and timely guidance—from weekly campaigns and seasonal events through to category initiatives and visual merchandising programs. You’ll be the vital link between head office teams and stores, ensuring operational excellence, brand consistency and exceptional customer experience across all our exciting brands.

What you’ll bring:
- Demonstrated experience in merchandising, trade execution, or retail operations
- Strong understanding of retail campaign execution and merchandising processes.
- Visual merchandising or retail operations training highly regarded
- Experience working cross-functionally within a fast-paced retail environment.
- Exposure to multi-site operations or franchise environments is an advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to interpret merchandising plans and translate them into practical store requirements.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems.
- Tertiary qualifications in Retail, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
