What you’ll do:

 

We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Specialist to support local area marketing campaigns and activities across the Wesfarmers Health pharmacy network, including Priceline Pharmacy, Pharmacy4Less and Instant Scripts Pharmacy Health Hub.

 

Reporting to the Marketing Manager - Retail Channels, this role will coordinate end-to-end campaign delivery, from managing briefs and timelines with stores to overseeing workflow and execution, while ensuring compliance, governance and brand consistency. Working closely with stores, Retail Operations, Loyalty, Marketing, IT, Compliance, Legal and external suppliers, you will play a key role in delivering impactful local marketing initiatives across the network. You are process driven and enjoy working in a structured, fast paced process driven environment.

 

Other key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Coordinate and deliver local area marketing campaigns and store initiatives from brief through to execution and reporting
  • Work closely with stores, internal teams, and external suppliers to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
  • Ensure all marketing activities align with brand guidelines, compliance requirements, and approval processes.
  • Manage campaign workflows, budgets, marketing materials, billing and store communications to support successful campaign delivery
  • Monitor campaign performance, manage campaign administration, and identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working

 

What you’ll bring:

 

  • 3-4 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within Franchise, Retail or FMCG environments
  • Experience delivering marketing campaigns, including promotions and catalogues
  • Experience across multiple marketing channels including traditional media such as print press,and distribution, as well as digital display and OOH
  • Ability to manage own priorities and time to execute multiple campaigns at once, with competing priorities and strict deadlines
  • You are compliance minded and understand the importance of ensuring all material is compliant and on brand
  • Data-driven with a focus on performance and ROI
  • Understanding of TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration) and ACCC (Australian Competition and Consumer Commission) guidelines is preferred
  • Proficiency across Microsoft Office applications and Monday.com platform
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at different levels
  • Familiarity with budget tracking, purchase orders, and systems such as Coupa is highly regarded
  • Degree qualified in Marketing, Business, or related discipline
