What you’ll do:

 

We’re seeking a proactive, collaborative Marketing Specialist – Health Programs for 12-month fixed term contract covering a parental leave to help bring Priceline Pharmacy’s health strategy to life through impactful programs and campaigns. As part of the Pharmacy & Retail Marketing team, you’ll play an integral role in strengthening our position as a trusted health destination.

 

You’ll manage the annual health programs marketing calendar, ensuring all plans and activities are insight-led, customer-focused and commercially strong. Working cross-functionally with Pharmacy Services, SISU Health, InstantScripts and other internal teams, you’ll nurture strong relationships to help manage and deliver compelling health programs (e.g. Anything Menopause, Anything Baby and You) and activities across our network of stores and teams.

 

You’ll manage the planning and delivery of campaigns - from concept and briefing through to execution and analysis - managing partnerships, agencies, suppliers and budgets to ensure strong execution. You’ll stay attuned to shifts in the health landscape, adapting plans and partnerships to keep Priceline Pharmacy relevant, accessible and ahead of the curve.

What you’ll bring:

 

  • Minimum five years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within health, retail or FMCG environments
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver integrated campaigns from concept to execution
  • Experience working cross-functionally in large organisations and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Strong commercial acumen and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
  • Proven experience managing agency and supplier relationships to deliver high-quality outputs
  • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at pace
  • An understanding of health marketing, consumer behaviour and the retail environment is desirable but not essential
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or related discipline
  • A proactive, positive attitude with curiosity, initiative and a growth mindset
