What you’ll do:
We're looking for a proactive, collaborative and dynamic Marketing Lead to grow and evolve the Pharmacy 4 Less and Instant Scripts Pharmacy Health Hub brands.
Reporting to the Senior Manager - Marketing, you will lead the planning, execution and optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns across Pharmacy 4 Less and ISPHH. Working closely with Merchandise, Operations, Retail Media, Digital and agency partners, you will deliver customer-led campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement and commercial outcomes.
You will play a key role in driving the retail marketing calendar, leading campaign delivery, supporting promotional activity, and driving operational excellence across multiple stakeholder groups. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketer to shape the marketing and growth of our pharmacy brands and enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Lead the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across Pharmacy 4 Less and ISPHH, including promotional events, always-on activity and tactical campaigns
- Own the marketing calendar and partner with Merchandise and key stakeholders to align marketing activity with commercial priorities and store execution
- Drive end-to-end campaign execution, coordinating agency partners and cross-functional teams to deliver customer-led marketing initiatives
- Monitor campaign performance, preparing reporting, insights and post-implementation reviews to support decision-making and continuous improvement
- Manage budgets, purchase orders and marketing spend visibility, ensuring strong financial governance and operational excellence
- Champion process improvements, stakeholder alignment and best-practice ways of working while ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and brand governance requirements
- Support business growth through the execution of brand strategy, eCommerce and loyalty initiatives, innovation projects and integrated online and offline customer experience
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in a marketing role within retail, FMCG or a similarly fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Demonstrated success delivering integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns from planning through to execution and optimisation
- Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of retail, promotional levers and consumer behavior
- Experience analysing campaign performance and using data-driven insights to improve outcomes and inform future activity
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
- Skilled in data-driven marketing, performance analysis and continuous improvement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experienced using workflow systems (e.g. Monday.com, Copilot, Coupa)
- Degree qualifications in Marketing, Business or a related discipline preferred
