What you’ll do:
Due to an internal promotion, we currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Internal Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Internal Communications Lead, you will play a key role in delivering clear, consistent and engaging communications across our diverse multi-brand business, including Priceline, Priceline Pharmacy, atomica and InstantScripts Pharmacy.
You’ll support the day-to-day execution of internal communications activities, working closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure our teams stay informed, connected and engaged.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist with drafting, formatting and publishing internal communications including BAU updates, leadership messages and event content
- Manage and maintain internal content calendars, ensuring communications are timely and aligned to brand tone and standards
- Coordinate and publish content across internal platforms including intranet, WorkJam, digital signage and video channels
- Support digital engagement initiatives and help monitor performance through basic analytics reporting
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and respond to day-to-day communications requests
- Adapt messaging for different audiences, from frontline teams through to senior leadership
- Support internal video content including filming, editing and distribution of storytelling and leadership content
- Identify opportunities to improve communication processes, tools and templates
- Ensure all communications meet governance, compliance and brand quality standards
- Provide administrative and coordination support, including documentation, reporting and content management activities
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in internal communications, digital communications, marketing coordination or a related role
- Exposure to a multi-brand, multi-site or franchise environment is desirable
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, engaging content and adjust tone to suit different internal audiences
- Experience supporting internal communication channels and content calendars, ideally in a multi-brand or multi-site environment
- Working knowledge of digital communication platforms such as intranets, digital signage, video and WorkJam or similar frontline tools
- Interest in using digital and AI-driven tools to improve day-to-day communication tasks and efficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Canva; familiarity with basic video filming/editing, InDesign and Adobe Acrobat is desirable
- Experience with Monday.com and Microsoft Excel is desirable
- Tertiary qualification or studying towards a qualification in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Digital Media or a related field
