  • Own the P&L for your portfolio, with accountability for analysing performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and influencing key commercial outcomes
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews with senior stakeholders
  • Build and evaluate business cases that support commercial initiatives, supplier negotiations, new programs, and strategic investments
  • Deliver clear, actionable reporting and insights that support data-driven decisions
  • Drive financial discipline, commercial thinking, and continuous improvement
  • Provide financial modelling and scenario analysis to support category strategy and wholesale trading decisions
  • Act as a key connector between Finance, Ethicals, Merchandise Planning, Inventory, and broader Commercial teams

If you’re a proactive finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make an impact across high-growth portfolio, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll bring:

  • Several years practical experience with at least 5 years' relevant business partnering experience
