What you’ll do:
We're looking for a strategically minded and commercially curious Finance Business Partner – Digital Health to support one of our fastest‑growing business units.
Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager – Digital Health, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping financial performance, supporting key leaders, and driving insights that accelerate business growth.
This role is integral to strengthening commercial acumen across the Digital Health function—translating data into decisions, navigating complexity, identifying opportunities, and ensuring leaders have the financial clarity they need to deliver our digital health strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with Digital Health leaders to understand business needs and deliver proactive, insight‑driven decision support
- Leading financial modelling, business cases and scenario analysis aligned to growth strategy
- Identifying emerging risks, opportunities and P&L impacts, recommending actionable plans to support EBT delivery
- Supporting month‑end, weekly performance reporting and ongoing trade performance reviews
- Leading monthly forecasting and contributing to the annual budget and 5‑year corporate plan
- Conducting detailed financial performance analysis, turning data into practical guidance for senior stakeholders
- Driving improved reporting, process optimisation and increased financial transparency across Digital Health
- Supporting stakeholder groups including the Digital Health GM, CFO, Group Finance and FP&A teams
What you’ll bring:
- Demonstrated practical experience with at least 5 years' relevant business partnering experience
- FMCG, Retail or Health industry experience an advantage
- Strong commercial focus with ability to distill data into clear, actionable reports for senior management
- Proven ability to develop effective partnerships between support and business functions
- Extensive experience in management accounting, performance management and reporting, business planning and budgeting
- Critical and objective thinker with strong, cross functional problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel and extensive financial modelling experience with large and multiple data sources
- Experience in financial evaluation of projects (NPV, ROC etc.) and initiatives and the preparation of formal business cases
- Experience using large ERP systems & BI tools (SAP, BPC, Xero, PowerBI)
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance related discipline
- CPA/CA qualification
