InstantScripts is a leader in digital health, delivering safe, accessible, and efficient healthcare services across Australia. We are expanding rapidly and looking for an Engagement and Scheduling Coordinator to join our team and help shape the future of healthcare.

 

What you’ll do:

 

We are seeking a proactive, relationship-driven Engagement and Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at InstantScripts. Initially, this is a 12 month fixed term contract with the view to go permanent. Reporting to the Workforce Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring we have the optimal number of engaged, compliant clinicians working to support our rapidly growing range of services.

 

As our Engagement and Scheduling Coordinator, you will:

 

  • Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with clinicians.
  • Coordinate all onboarding process for Doctors, ensuring all compliance, training modules and relevant systems are set up.
  • Efficiently manage clinician schedules, availability, and worked hours.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support workforce planning and clinician engagement.
  • Drive scheduling excellence to ensure the seamless delivery of care across our digital health platform.

What you’ll bring:

 

  • Experience in workforce planning, scheduling, candidate management or rostering (large 24/7 healthcare setting preferred).
  • Knowledge of AHPRA, Medicare, and compliance standards.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure, fast-changing environments.
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and CRM systems.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to find quick solutions.
  • Tertiary qualifications in health administration, business, or related discipline (highly desirable).
