What you’ll do:

 

We’re looking for an experienced and forward‑thinking Communications and Digital Engagement Manager to lead our internal communication strategy across the Wesfarmers Health portfolio.

 

Reporting to the Senior Manager Store Support, you’ll guide a team of specialists to deliver cohesive, impactful and brand‑aligned communication across Priceline, atomica, Priceline Pharmacy and InstantScripts Pharmacy. You’ll elevate our digital communication ecosystem—uplifting channels, platforms and tools to strengthen clarity, connection and engagement across our multibrand workforce.

 

In this role, you’ll partner closely with business units, Corporate Communications, PR & Events, IT and the wider Corporate Affairs & Sustainability team to deliver communication that connects our people to strategy, supports transformation and drives a strong sense of belonging across the organisation.

What you’ll bring:

 

  • Demonstrated experience in internal communications, digital engagement, corporate communications or similar roles within complex, multi‑brand or multi‑site organisations
  • Proven experience leading communication strategy, channels and execution, including exposure to WorkJam or similar frontline communication platforms
  • Strong understanding of digital communication ecosystems, including intranets, digital signage, video, content automation and engagement analytics
  • Experience identifying and applying AI‑driven tools to improve communication efficiency, personalisation, translation, targeting and measurement
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and tailor messaging to different audiences
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Ensure all communication activities meet compliance, brand and quality standards.
  • Maintain documentation, governance frameworks and approval processes for communication outputs
  • Tertiary qualification in Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline (Bachelor level required; postgraduate qualifications desirable)
  • Professional certifications in digital communications, AI‑enabled communications, content strategy or project management (e.g., ADMA, IAP2, Change Management, Agile) are advantageous
