What you’ll do:
We are seeking a Commercial Analyst – Pharmacy & Beauty Retail to join our Commercial Finance team. Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager – Pharmacy & Beauty, you’ll play a key role in powering performance across our Priceline Pharmacy franchise network and our company‑owned Beauty retail businesses.
You will turn financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights that help leaders understand performance, identify opportunities and make smarter commercial decisions. This is a hands‑on role with exposure across a dynamic and fast‑growing retail environment, including emerging business units like InstantScripts and atomica.
Key Activities Include:
- Deliver weekly, month‑end and planning reports with clear insights and commentary
- Analyse financial and operational performance to identify risks, opportunities and drivers of sales, margin and cost outcomes
- Support the Store Operations leadership team with commercial reporting, business cases and commercial recommendations
- Develop financial models, scenario analysis and forecasts across Pharmacy and Beauty Retail
- Improve visibility, control and forecasting of above‑store costs
- Partner across operational, merchandise, trade and strategic teams in a matrix structure
- Lead ad hoc commercial analysis and provide high‑quality, actionable recommendations

What you’ll bring:
- Past business partnering experience an advantage
- FMCG, Retail or Pharmaceutical experience an advantage
- Commercially focused with ability to distil data into clear, actionable reports for senior management
- Experience in management accounting, performance management and reporting, business planning and budgeting
- Excel and financial modelling experience with large and multiple data sources
- Experience in financial evaluation of projects (NPV, ROC etc.) and initiatives and the preparation of formal business cases
- Experience using large ERP systems & BI tools (SAP, BPC & PowerBI)
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance related discipline
- CPA/CA qualification
