As our Retail Media network continues to grow, we’re expanding our Delivery team to support increasingly sophisticated, omnichannel campaigns across digital and in-store environments.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Campaign Delivery Specialist to support the end-to-end operational delivery of omnichannel retail media campaigns.
Reporting to the Delivery & Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in bringing campaigns to life, coordinating timelines, managing assets, supporting execution across multiple channels, and ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and to a high standard.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and enjoys working across multiple stakeholders and platforms.
What You’ll Be Doing
Campaign Delivery & Coordination
- Coordinate campaign timelines, asset tracking and trafficking across platforms
- Manage the flow of creative assets from suppliers and internal teams, ensuring specifications and deadlines are met
- Support execution across key channels including:
- In-Store
- Onsite
- Loyalty
- Paid & Social Media
- Internal Comms & Education
- Liaise with internal teams and agencies to confirm campaign readiness and go-live requirements
- Monitor campaign progress and escalate risks or delays as needed
Reporting & Campaign Insights
- Assist in preparing campaign delivery summaries and post-campaign reports
- Gather performance data to support insights and continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate documentation of campaign activity, timelines, and outcomes
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with Marketing, eCommerce, Merchandise, Finance, and Store Operations teams
- Coordinate with external partners including suppliers and agency teams
- Act as a key point of contact for campaign delivery updates and queries
- Support alignment across creative, media, and commercial teams to ensure seamless execution
Process, QA & Continuous Improvement
- Support quality assurance processes to ensure campaigns meet required standards
- Contribute to improving campaign workflows, templates and delivery processes
- Help embed consistent, scalable ways of working across the Retail Media delivery function
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years’ experience in media coordination, campaign delivery, or marketing operations
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Confident communicator with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders
- Experience working with tools such as Monday.com, SharePoint, Excel, Power BI (desirable)
- Exposure to digital advertising or campaign platforms (e.g. Meta, Google, Citrus Zitcha, Trade Desk) is advantageous
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Media, Business or similar (preferred)
