What you’ll do
We’re looking for an exceptional CRM Manager (B2C) to join the SiSU Health team on an 8-month fixed-term contract, covering parental leave. Reporting to the Head of Commercial & Marketing, you will play a key role in shaping and leading our customer lifecycle strategy.
Working across both consumer and business audiences, you will design and deliver scalable, data-driven customer journeys and campaigns that drive engagement, improve health outcomes, and support commercial growth.
With an upcoming transition to a new consumer CRM platform, this role will also lead the internal delivery of the migration—working closely with the platform provider to ensure a seamless transition and strong ongoing performance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the migration to a new enterprise-level marketing automation and customer engagement platform, ensuring seamless transition, data integrity, and adoption across the business
- Strong understanding of customer data structures, segmentation, and lifecycle journey design to enable effective, personalised marketing at scale
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end campaign development, including planning, execution, optimisation, and performance analysis
- Hands-on capability to build and deploy emails, automations, and customer journeys within Klaviyo (or similar marketing automation platforms)
- Strategic mindset with the ability to design and implement initiatives that drive repeat SISU Health Checks, customer retention, and long-term engagement
- Experience developing and executing lifecycle marketing strategies, including onboarding, nurture, re-engagement, and win-back programs
- Exposure to or experience with loyalty and retention programs is highly desirable, with the ability to translate customer insights into tangible engagement outcomes
