About us:

What began in 1910 as a small co-operative of just three pharmacies has grown into Wesfarmers Health—a leading Australian organisation in health, beauty, and wellness.

Today, Wesfarmers Health proudly employs over 3,600 team members, all committed to delivering accessible, innovative, and trusted health and beauty services to Australians nationwide, across retail, medi-aesthetics, digital health, and wholesale and supply chain operations.

What you’ll do:

Are you ready to drive real change in health, beauty, and wellness? We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Technology Retail Stores team. Wesfarmers Health is reimagining what a pharmacy and health and beauty store can be - and we are looking for a energetic Business Analyst to support us to help bring that vision to life.

Store of the Future is one of the most significant retail transformation programs underway in Australian health and beauty today. This is not incremental change, it is a ground-up reinvention of the store experience, spanning technology, format, customer journey, and operating model, across a national network that touches millions of Australians every year.

If you are energised by big, complex, high-visibility programs - the kind where you're not just supporting delivery but genuinely shaping the future of an iconic brand - this is your chance to leave a lasting mark.

You will work at the intersection of retail innovation, technology, and customer experience, with the mandate, backing, and scale to make transformation real.

We are after someone who thrives on ambiguity, brings clarity to complexity, and can rally teams and stakeholders because our Store of the Future Program is not just a POS project, it is the next chapter for how Australians experience health and beauty retail.
