What you’ll do:
We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive Customer Service Consultant to join our Pharmacy Customer Service team on a part-time, 6-month maximum term contract.
In this fast-paced role, you'll be the first point of contact for our pharmacy customers and suppliers, providing exceptional service and support across a wide range of enquiries. You will play a key role in building strong customer relationships while ensuring efficient resolution of customer needs and accurate processing of orders.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Respond to inbound customer and supplier enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Process sales orders accurately through internal systems
- Assist customers with product availability, pricing, delivery enquiries, order status updates and product information
- Investigate and resolve customer issues, escalating complex matters to Team Leaders when required
- Proactively promote Wesfarmers Health products and services where appropriate
- Support the Sales team with customer service enquiries and account-related assistance
- Maintain accurate records and data entry across customer interactions
What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment
- Experience within retail, pharmacy, healthcare or pharmaceutical industries will be highly regarded
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Strong computer literacy and accurate data entry skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative approach
- A customer-first mindset with a commitment to delivering service excellence
- Cert IV in Customer Service Contact
