What you’ll do:

 

We have an exciting opportunity where we are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Coordinator to join our team.  

 

Based at our Wingfield location and reporting to the State Sales Manager, this is a key support role providing sales and administration support to the State Manager and Business Development Managers as well as supporting API strategy and initiatives by providing service and value to API Branded stores/members.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Provide administration support to the State Manager and Sales team
  • Keying & releasing orders
  • Administration support including editing & disseminating reports, preparing letters of offer, preparing presentations for meetings
  • Setting up new partner trading accounts and liaising with head office
  • Tracking amendments to trading terms, and communicating with head office
  • Appointment making, processing and booking travel requests and expenses
  • Credits and expenses processing
  • Coordinate local area marketing campaigns under direction from Business Development Managers
  • Provide sales related information and collateral on request to pharmacies
  • Attend to customer and supplier queries in relation to processes
  • Escalate customer issues to the Customer Service Centre, BDMs and the State Sales Manager as appropriate

 

What you’ll bring:

 

The successful candidate will have the ability to establish and maintain strong professional relationships coupled with excellent communication and skills.

 

You will also possess the following skills and attributes:

 

  • Enjoys working in an administrative and support role
  • Previous administration and customer service experience preferably in a sales related industry
  • Possess high attention to detail
  • Proactive in building positive relationships within the Distribution Centre, Customer Service and with API customers
  • Ability to work closely with Sales personnel and build co-operative relationships
  • Demonstrate business foresight, commercial acumen and initiative
  • Excellent computer literacy including MS Word and Excel
  • Team player with a proactive approach
