What you’ll do:
Join our high-performing Safety, Health, and Wellbeing team at Wesfarmers Health, based at our Adelaide Distribution Centre in Wingfield, SA. In this role, you will support both our South Australia and Western Australia sites, which may involve occasional travel, and play a key role in delivering our strategic goal: A Safer Place to Work Every Day. You will provide hands-on support to manage physical and psychosocial risks, ensure compliance, build capability, and elevate safety performance across the site.
Working closely with site leaders, you’ll:
- Lead safety initiatives that keep teams healthy, engaged, and compliant
- Drive risk management across people, processes, and places
- Champion wellbeing programs that make a real difference
- Ensure compliance with Wesfarmers Health Safety Management System, legislation, and self-insurance requirements
- Coach leaders, investigate incidents, and deliver impactful training

What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution, or Warehousing.
- Sound technical knowledge of OH&S legislation and standards.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and consultation skills, with the ability to influence and drive outcomes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Word, Excel (formulas, pivot tables), online reporting, and iOS devices.
- Completion of Return-to-Work Coordinator and ICAM Incident Investigation training, as well as Traffic Management training, will be advantageous
- Diploma in Workplace Health and Safety and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment are required.
