What you’ll do:

 

We’re looking for a strategic and growth focused leader to step into the role of Group Leasing Manager, driving the creation and execution of our strategic network plan across corporate offices, distribution centres, retail stores, and clinics. In this role, you’ll report to the General Manager, Property and Network Development. You’ll be responsible for identifying optimal locations, network planning, negotiating leasing, and ensuring operational continuity across our property portfolio. Your work will directly impact customer experience, employee engagement, and business growth.

What you’ll bring:

 

  • Proven experience in senior property, leasing, or procurement roles involving high levels of negotiating and stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading teams of 5 or more Direct Reports.
  • Extensive experience in roles with full P&L and OPEX accountability and responsibility.
  • Advanced leadership, coaching, and accountability abilities.
  • Proficiency in engaging, collaborating, and negotiating with C-Suite and external stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking and financial acumen.
  • Effective communication and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated success in building strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is essential.
