What you’ll do:

 

We are seeking a Team Manager – Outbound (PM) to lead and optimise fulfilment and dispatch operations within our Sydney Fulfilment Centre at Marsden Park, working Monday to Friday from 2pm to 10pm. Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring all customer orders are fulfilled on time, in full and with a high degree of accuracy. You will oversee multiple operational zones and drive safe, efficient, and high‑quality outcomes across the PM shift.

 

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Plan and manage fulfilment activities across AFrame, Route, PiE, Case Pick, Fridge and GHIV/DD, ensuring all orders are waved, picked and completed within required service windows
  • Oversee dispatch operations, including order collation, manifesting, issuing to drivers and meeting dispatch targets
  • Monitor daily productivity and accuracy to ensure optimal performance while maintaining a safe working environment
  • Identify and plan staffing requirements to meet service and cost KPIs
  • Train and upskill team members to ensure coverage across peak activity and operational demands
  • Analyse QA, fulfilment and dispatch data to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate closely with Inventory and Inbound teams to optimise product flow and picking efficiencies
  • Lead and engage the dispatch team, fostering strong collaboration with other Fulfilment Centre teams
  • Promote and uphold a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with safety, wellbeing and operational standards
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, encouraging team feedback, new ideas and better ways of working

What you’ll bring:

 

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within FMCG, supply chain or a highvolume operational environment
  • Demonstrated ability to use data, knowledge and experience to identify problems potentially impacting teams or programs and proactively develop and implement effective solutions
  • Demonstrated capability to lead, support and manage change within teams. Understanding the impact on the team and taking ownership for implementation of change
  • Demonstrated capability to communicate clearly and concisely ensuring messages are understood by all within the team using a range of communication techniques. Ability to express ideas clearly, listen effectively and provide feedback constructively
  • Demonstrated understanding of key drivers of success within teams to enable achievement of organisational goals. Ability to think and plan goals in the long term as well as the present
  • High School Certificate and/or qualifications in Business, Management or Logistics (preferred)
