What you’ll do:
We are seeking an experienced Order Fulfilment Manager to lead and optimise fulfilment activities at our Sydney Fulfilment Centre in Marsden Park. Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will oversee a team to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time, in full, and accurately, supporting our commitment to exceptional service.
You will manage fulfilment across various zones, optimise staffing levels, train team members for peak periods, and monitor performance to maintain high productivity and safety standards.

- Minimum 3 years in an FMCG leadership role.

- Strong leadership and change management skills.
- Effective communication skills, ensuring clear understanding across the team.
- Long-term and present goal planning capabilities.
- Continuous improvement mindset, encouraging team contributions to process enhancements.
- Business/Management/Logistics qualifications preferred.
