What you’ll do:
We are seeking a Commercial Analyst – Transport to join our Supply Chain team. Reporting to the Head of Transport, you’ll turn data into actionable insights that help us make smarter business decisions. You will analyse transport performance, manage costs, and support forecasting to keep our supply chain efficient and competitive.
Key Activities Include:
- Analyse transport and logistics data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Prepare clear reports and dashboards that guide decision-making
- Reconcile carrier invoices and monitor cost performance
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and planning for transport operations
- Drive process improvements and collaborate with stakeholders across the business

What you’ll bring:
- Strong industry experience in Logistics/Transport and understanding of the Australian domestic transport landscape
- Expertise in interpreting transport rate cards and building effective spend forecasting tools
- Extensive finance and management accounting experience with strong technical, analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills, with proficiency in ERP and BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx advantageous)
- Ability to distil complex data into clear, actionable insights and influence decision-making
- A curious, critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement
- CPA, CIMA, or ACCA qualification with experience in finance or commercial analysis
