What you’ll do:

 

We’re looking for an energetic and organised Warehouse Team Member to support the daily inbound functions at our Launceston Distribution Centre. If you enjoy a fast‑paced environment, love working with people, and take pride in accuracy and safety, this role is for you.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage inbound delivery schedules, including booking and coordinating arrivals through Mobile Dock to ensure smooth flow of goods.
  • Receive and check deliveries, verifying documentation, inspecting for damage from couriers or suppliers.
  • Process and organise orders, ensuring the appropriate prioritisation and maintenance of accurate documentation.
  • Book stock into designated locations ensuring inventory accuracy.
  • Use and maintain the Issue Register, reporting discrepancies and ensuring compliance with internal and external procedures.
  • Complete putaways and replenishment tasks to support ongoing warehouse efficiency and stock availability.
  • Handling vendor and return claims managing the process and communicating with suppliers as required.

 

What you’ll bring:

 

  • A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
  • Solid computer skills, particularly within the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Teams).
  • A current forklift licence (highly regarded), with experience using RF scanners.
  • Clear and effective communication skills.
  • Strong organisation and time management abilities, with high attention to detail.
  • The ability to multi‑task and step up to support and guide team members when needed.
