What you’ll do:

 

We’re looking for a commercially focused Commercial Lead to join our team in Perth, supporting our Distribution Centre Network. In this role, you’ll report to the Senior Commercial Manager Supply Chain, and work closely with site leadership to deliver financial insights, drive performance, and support strategic decision-making. With a strong business partnering focus, you’ll help shape initiatives that improve efficiency, manage costs, and support long-term growth.

 

Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Partnering with operations leaders to support day-to-day decision-making through financial analysis and reporting
  • Leading budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews
  • Supporting business cases and commercial projects that drive efficiency and value
  • Preparing clear, concise performance reporting for senior stakeholders
  • Contributing to a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

 

What you’ll bring:

 

  • Demonstrated experience in finance business partnering, ideally in supply chain, logistics, or a similar fast-paced environment
  • Extensive experience in management accounting, performance management and reporting, business planning and budgeting
  • Advanced Excel and extensive financial modelling experience with large and multiple data sources
  • Experience in financial evaluation of projects (NPV, ROC etc.) and initiatives, and the preparation of formal business cases
  • The ability to communicate financial insights clearly
  • Experience working with operational teams to influence decisions and drive performance
  • Solid technical skills in financial modelling, analysis, and reporting
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and driving process improvement
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and BI tools (e.g., SAP, PowerBI)
  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance related discipline
  • CA/CPA qualification
