What you’ll do:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced eCommerce Content Coordinator to join our Ecommerce team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering parental leave.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in enhancing the online presence of our brand by planning, creating, and managing high-quality content across our website. From engaging blog articles to optimised product pages, you’ll help ensure our digital content not only informs but inspires our customers.

What you’ll bring:
- Proven ability to use website assets and components to build and execute digital campaigns.
- Experience developing digital content and managing multiple web campaigns from concept to launch.
- Hands-on experience with eCommerce Content Management Systems, such as Smart Edit and Contentful.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to support website customisation and optimisation
- Experience managing multiple digital platforms (app and websites) desired but not essential
- A quick learner with a growth mindset
- High attention to detail combined with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Well-developed organisational, planning, and time management skills.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
