You’ll partner closely with Finance, People & Capability, Store Development and Corporate Store leadership to deliver proactive insights, scenario modelling and long‑term workforce planning that supports sustainable store performance.
If you’re energised by data‑driven decision‑making, passionate about operational excellence, and love solving complex resourcing challenges in a dynamic retail environment, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact across a growing national network.
What you’ll bring:
- Substantial experience in workforce planning (10+ years), preferably in a retail environment.

- Strong strategic and operational planning skills.
- Experience developing labour models for large retail or multi-site environments.
- Proven ability to drive productivity improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including senior leaders.
- Ability to lead through influence, manage competing priorities, and deliver outcomes in complex environments.
- Degree in Business, Commerce, Data/Analytics, or a related discipline (preferred).
