What you’ll do:

 

We’re seeking a strategic, data-driven Social Performance Specialist to lead paid social capability and performance across some of Australia’s most loved health and beauty brands, including Priceline Pharmacy, atomica, InstantScripts Pharmacy Health Hub and more.

 

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Social and Content, you’ll lead the planning and delivery of high-performing paid social campaigns that drive measurable ROI, revenue growth and brand impact. Working closely with marketing, retail media, eCommerce, loyalty and insights teams, you’ll act as a trusted advisor on targeting, investment, attribution and optimisation. You’ll also build strong agency and platform partnerships, delivering uplifts to attribution methodologies that enhance creative effectiveness and maximise ROAS.

 

What you’ll doing:

 

  • Advise stakeholders on targeting, budget allocation, forecasting and investment decisions
  • Direct and oversee campaign implementation, QA, pixels and enhanced conversion setups
  • Build robust reporting frameworks and provide post campaign insights
  • Conduct audience segmentation, competitive analysis and customer journey insights
  • Identify, test and scale new digital and social commerce opportunities, including emerging shoppable formats, platform innovation and AI-led discovery.
  • Champion test and learn frameworks to drive innovation and improve CPM, revenue and ROAS
  • Collaborate with agency partners and platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest and Snapchat
  • Drive platform excellence, negotiate incentives, and elevate best practice
  • Manage budgets, always on campaigns, and monthly/quarterly/annual ROI reporting

What you’ll bring:

 

  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, paid performance media and advertising roles, ideally in retail, beauty, eCommerce, health or agency environments
  • A track record of success in building and executing campaigns that drive eCommerce and in-store revenue, awareness and traffic across social platforms
  • Deep knowledge of full-funnel social best practices, including creative effectiveness
  • Strong commercial acumen with expertise in ROI optimisation, forecasting and budget management
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, GA4, Looker Studio and attribution platforms
  • Experience in responding to briefs with innovative social solutions across platforms
  • Sharp analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer and segment data, spot trends, and use insights to optimise performance across digital channels
  • Skilled in vendor and stakeholder management with executive-level reporting capability.
  • Passion for experimentation, innovation and adopting emerging media technologies
  • Tertiary qualification and/or professional experience in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media or related fields
