What you’ll do:

 

We’re looking for a creative and commercially savvy Social Media Specialist. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital, Social & Content, you’ll deliver paid, organic and influencer/creator social campaigns that connect with millions of Australians across social touchpoints like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and Snapchat.

Collaborating with Marketing, Retail Media, Store Operations, eCommerce and Loyalty teams, you’ll drive campaign implementation, ideate effective media and creative strategies and deliver health and beauty campaigns that our customers love.

Exceptionally organised, detail oriented and collaborative, you’ll manage campaigns from concept to media implementation —whilst being a trusted advisor to stakeholders, navigating complex briefs, timelines and production challenges.

What you’ll bring:

 

  • Proven experience in social media, campaign management or digital marketing roles, ideally in retail, beauty, health or agency environments
  • Expert knowledge of full-funnel social best practices, with the ability to create campaigns that drive engagement, ROAS and creative effectiveness
  • Skills in concepting, brief writing, copywriting / scripting and content editing (video/design tools a bonus)
  • Excellent organisational skills, including managing multiple campaign workflows, budgets, agency resources. Proficiency in Monday.com is a plus.
  • Analytical skills with experience using reporting dashboards, Sprinklr, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, GA4, Looker Studio and native platforms,
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, including the ability to prepare and present briefs, concepts, pitches and recommendations to campaign managers and leaders.
  • Tertiary qualification and/or professional experience in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media or related fields.
