What you’ll do:

We are seeking a Senior Manager – Marketing to lead our Pharmacy Retail Marketing team on a 12-month parental leave cover. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role is pivotal in driving the development and execution of marketing strategies, customer plans and campaigns for Priceline Pharmacy and other pharmacy retail networks within Wesfarmers Health.

You’ll lead a team of Marketing Managers and Specialists to deliver an integrated marketing calendar that build brand strength drives sales and elevates the customer experience. Partnering across functions, you’ll ensure all activity is insight-led, commercially disciplined and aligned to broader business priorities.

You’ll oversee campaign strategies and delivery across key retail moments, our promotional catalogue program and broader marketing initiatives. With budget accountability, you’ll optimise media investment, channel mix and supplier-funded activity to maximise commercial outcomes. You’ll also manage key agency partnerships and ensure activity is delivered with pace, precision and strong creative and operational standards.

As a senior leader, you’ll coach and develop your team, uplift capability and drive continuous improvement across processes and ways of working (including the adoption of AI) to enhance speed and efficiencies. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on support to ensure cohesive, high-performing marketing execution.

What you’ll bring:

• Several years’ senior marketing experience in retail, FMCG or agency settings
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or related field
• Proven success delivering multi-channel campaigns that drive commercial outcomes
• Ability to turn business and customer insights into clear, actionable marketing plans
• Strong media leadership across strategy and high activity volumes
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders
• Strong commercial acumen, with ability to create actionable plans from insights
• Experience leading a team, managing agencies and suppliers
• Advanced problem-solving skills, ability to simplify complexity and drive effective solutions
• Deep understanding of retail dynamics, customer behaviour and fast-paced operational environments
