What you’ll do:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Accountant to join our team and play a vital role in delivering accurate, compliant, and timely financial reporting. In this position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of Group Finance activities, managing month-end and year-end processes, supporting audit requirements, and ensuring strict adherence to accounting standards.
A key part of this role will be overseeing and reviewing the output of the offshore team to ensure the accuracy and quality of financial data. Additionally, you will contribute to finance projects and initiatives that support strong financial outcomes across the business.

What you’ll bring:
· Extensive experience in financial accounting, process improvement and reporting
· Proven ability to develop effective partnerships between support and business functions
· Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure
· Critical and objective thinker with strong, cross functional problem-solving skills
· Demonstrated ability to navigate complexity
· Previous staff supervision experience, and leadership development
· Advanced Excel with experience with large data manipulation
· Experience using large and small ERP systems & BI tools (SAP, Xero, BPC, PowerBI).
· FMCG, Retail or ecommerce experiences, an advantage
· Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance related discipline
· CPA/CA qualification
