What you’ll do:

Join us in a newly created role where you’ll shape and lead the FP&A function for our Pharmacy & Retail division. The Senior FP&A Manager plays a key role in shaping the corporate plan, delivering commercial insights, and supporting strategic decision-making to drive business performance. This role will report directly to the GM Commercial Finance and manage a team of six, including three off-shore based members.

Some exciting initiatives you will drive as part of this role:

• Leading the development and rollout of Pharmacy & Retail commercial reporting
• Shaping the strategic framework and support corporate planning and strategy development
• Champion the rollout of Power BI across Pharmacy & Retail
• Oversee the accounting systems setup (e.g., BPC, cost centres) and process improvements
• Drive best-in-class month-end processes, leveraging external insights
• Manage and uplift our offshore finance capability

What you’ll bring:

• Extensive experience in FP&A or finance, with proven leadership in fast-paced, high-performing environments.
• Demonstrated experience in a genuinely commercial role, covering performance insights and business planning and budgeting.
• Demonstrated ability to provide value adding commercial and business advice to senior management.
• Proven ability to develop effective partnerships between support and business functions.
• Critical and objective thinking with strong, cross functional problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated success in facilitating cross-functional teams to achieve alignment.
• Ability to inspire and lead by example.
• CPA/CA qualification.
• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance related discipline.
• Retail, FMCG, or pharmaceutical experience an advantage.
