What you’ll do:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Senior Contracts Specialist to join our Property & Network Development team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering parental leave. This role is pivotal in administering the end-to-end contract lifecycle for a select portfolio of customers—from grants and renewals to variations and terminations—while ensuring compliance with business policy, regulations, and the Franchising Code of Conduct.
In this role, you’ll act as the primary point of contact for contract-related matters, working closely with internal teams, franchisees, customers, solicitors to deliver positive outcomes. From preparing and executing contracts, to maintaining accurate records and driving continuous improvement, you’ll play a key role in supporting our strategic goals and enabling network growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end administration of contracts within your selected portfolio.
- Lead prioritisation, matter coordination and provide coaching support to Contract Specialists within the team.
- Prepare briefs, review drafting, and execute franchise contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance to commercial direction, franchise framework, policy, relevant laws and regulations.
- Prepare history information, notice and offer letters for renewals, ensuring effective communication with customers and internal teams.
- Maintain contract and document repositories, verify documents, handle amendments, and work closely with customers, solicitors, and internal teams to ensure strict contract accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain detailed database records, generate contract status reports, and ensure adherence to auditing standards.
- Prepare and process department invoices and customer financial obligations to meet contractual commitments within the specified timeframes.
- Lead portfolio auditing, compliance activities and produce data insights and reports.
- Produce and maintain process documentation, contract templates, manuals, forms and perform additional duties as required.
What you’ll bring:
- Demonstrated recent experience in a contracting or paralegal role.
- Significant experience in corporate governance and compliance.
- Experience in pharmaceutical wholesale and franchise operations is desirable.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Financial and/or accounting knowledge.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of Contract Law.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Undergraduate qualification in a business-related discipline.
