What you’ll do

We’re looking for a strategic leader with strong commercial acumen to step into the role of Commercial Strategy Senior Manager, supporting our Pharmacy & Retail business unit. In this role, you’ll report to the General Manager, Commercial Excellence, and lead high-impact strategic projects that drive growth, profitability, and long-term value.

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, guiding strategic direction, shaping commercial initiatives, and mentoring a high-performing team of business partners and analysts.

What you’ll bring

• Several years of experience in business management, corporate strategy, M&A, management consulting, or a related field
• Proven success leading complex strategic projects, across multiple stakeholders and workstreams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High attention to detail and intellectual curiosity
• Collaborative mindset and ability to influence across all levels
• Relevant Bachelors degree
