You'll also lead the commercial evaluation of new initiatives, ensuring strong alignment with business objectives and market trends.
Working cross-functionally, you'll partner directly with retail operations, franchise operations, and store development teams, while also managing the end-to-end P&L for both the retail and pharmacy business units, ensuring performance is optimised and aligned to strategic priorities.
Bringing a strong commercial mindset and natural curiosity, you’ll lead the development of robust business cases, challenge assumptions, and deliver insights that directly influence decision-making. You'll be instrumental in building a high-performance, insight-driven culture that values accountability and continuous improvement.
You’ll also lead a team of 3, providing direction, coaching, and support to ensure high-quality commercial outputs and professional development.
If you thrive in a dynamic, growth-focused environment and want to help shape one of the most exciting areas of our business, we’d love to hear from you.
